Not so long ago, I wrote about the campaign conducted by Rover and the site of licensed digital content Fidel.ru . In short, the point is that by buying phones of a domestic company of the 8th line, you get the right to download licensed music from the Fidel website for free throughout the year.
I purchased the phone in the spring. In October, I found that the ability to download music from there was gone. Turned to the support of Fidel. They explained to me that Rover had ripped up the action with them. Turned to the company Rover. The request was answered as follows:
Well, okay, I never know what I do not understand about technology, or just a conflict has occurred with companies. I decided to wait.
When I wrote the answer at the end of November, I did not receive a reply from either the support mail or the mailbox of the support employee who answered me earlier. This is such a disrespect to the client that I swore at least when to buy the products of this company, although I already have their second phone and have an mp3 player.
PS with this action I pumped up music by about 2k rubles, so the price of the phone was reduced by 20%)) Maybe Rover started to ruin people like me?)
