Maybe someone does not know that Dropbox has a “collective” package of
Dropbox for Teams (at least there are no mentions on Habré). It provides for the sharing of disk space and some additional features. The wholesale discount is already included in the price of $ 795 per year for 350 GB (albeit, quite a small one: approximately 5.3%).
For comparison, if you take 350 GB in the form of
personal accounts Pro 100 (100 GB, $ 19.99 per month) and Pro 50 (50 GB, $ 9.99 per month), then 350 GB will cost $ 839.52 per year, then there is a bit more expensive.
But group Dropbox is much more convenient for development teams, where everyone has their own role. Especially for startups. For example, a designer can use 200 GB, and an accountant can use 50 MB.
Additional features include disk quota sharing (there is one and the same file not counted once for each user, as in individual accounts), centralized administration and billing (you can add users). There are also standard features of Pro packages, such as the automatic saving of the edit history of Dropbox Rewind.
')

The main disadvantage - a limit of five users. For each additional user need to pay $ 125 per year. Additional disk space costs $ 200 per year for 100 GB.
Obviously, the management of Dropbox developed a model based on the “price per user”. Then it really turns out a little: only $ 13 per month for everyone in a team of five people, and for extra even less: $ 10 per month. But still I would still like to see a more attractive price model, because the prices for the year "bite" for a small startup.
