3. Within the framework of this task, the Contractor provides the Customer with servers, provides their configuration and administration.
6. For security reasons, the contractor must lease the Cisco switch (or equivalent).
7. For the organization of the site, it is required to provide the Customer with at least 5 dedicated servers: 2 master, 2 slaves synchronizing with the master, 1 FTP server.
9. In particular, the database server should be reserved through master-master replication, requests should be processed by both servers.
10. In the event of a crash of one of the db-servers, the application servers send requests only to the working server.
11. If one of the slave or master servers fails, the site must remain accessible.
12. Mandatory use of hardware RAID-controller model is not lower than Adaptec RAID 5405 (or equivalent).
13. Servers, except the FTP server, must be at least DEPO Computers 2200Q1 and meet the following requirements:
- Requirements for processors: no lower than Dual Intel Xeon QuadCore 2.0Ghz.
- Memory requirement: at least 4Gb DDRII.
- Disk requirements: SCSI or SAS disks.
- FTP-server with a processor of at least Pentium 4.
- All load between servers should be balanced.
- The maximum time to restore the work site in case of falling master-server - 3 minutes.
- On each server must be installed nginx, Apache, MySQL, PHP.
- Setup on each server RAID10.
14. It is necessary that the contractor sets up the replication of all servers among themselves.
15. It is necessary for the contractor to set up a backup to his own technological platform and to the technological platform of the EMERCOM of Russia.
16. The contractor is obliged to administer and support the entire technological platform.
17. Guaranteed Internet access speed - at least 100 Mbps.
18. It is necessary to reserve channels by direct connection to at least 5 main Russian and international operators.
19. It is necessary to have an ISPmanager control panel on the FTP server with the ability to create users, change their rights and limits.
20. The contractor must provide the disk space necessary for the operation of all Internet resources of the EMERCOM of Russia, taking into account their occupancy.
21. As part of the technical support on the Internet server, the following should be provided:
- Elimination of emergency situations to ensure the smooth operation of the site, the availability of the site for users and administrators throughout the term of the contract;
- Platform platform upgrade (installation and configuration of updates);
- Monitoring system performance and system recovery after failures;
- Confidentiality and integrity of information and data;
- Ease of administration and technical interaction.
22. The Contractor shall transfer to the Data Center servers the Internet portal of the Emergencies Ministry of Russia (96 sites), without disrupting the operation of the Internet portal of the Emergencies Ministry of Russia, within 7 calendar days from the date of the contract.
25. The total duration of interruptions in the work of the Russian Emergencies Ministry Internet portal should not exceed 4 hours per month.
26. The contractor must ensure the smooth operation of sites and acceptable performance.
The Contractor guarantees the Customer the resiliency of the site provided for the information resources of the EMERCOM of Russia.
Acceptable performance is considered to be such a page load time, which is no more than twice the load time of the respective pages in the case when the server load is minimal.
The contractor monitors the availability and performance of sites. In case of malfunctions and deterioration of performance parameters, the Contractor notifies the Customer by e-mail and telephone, takes measures to restore normal operation of the sites.
