Gmail changes file names

Faced a problem. They sent me a bunch of graphic files on gmail whose names look like "No. surname.jpg". Download them one by one is expensive. And when downloading all files by the archive using the link “Download all applications”, the file names change to this:

I use Firefox, Winrar.
What could be the problem? I understand that in the encoding, but how to fix it?
