Innovation Award Skolkovo Announced with Cisco I-PRIZE Support

Cisco Corporation and the Skolkovo Foundation announced the launch of a competition for the Skolkovo Innovation Award with the support of Cisco I-PRIZE. Entrepreneurs, scientists, students and technical specialists who are citizens of the Russian Federation and reside in Russia are allowed to participate. The start of applications acceptance is December 6th. In the meantime, to save time, you can register .



Winners will get :

- first prize - 3 million rubles;

- second prize - 1.5 million rubles;

- the third prize - 750 thousand rubles of the Russian Federation.



To participate in the competition, you must complete the registration form from December 6, 2010 to February 15, 2011.



Ideas will be evaluated by the jury - its composition is now determined. Evaluation criteria: market potential, originality and creativity, compliance with the conditions of the Russian and world markets, the possibility of long-term success.

For the semi-finals will select the 24 best authors of ideas and project teams. They will be invited to talk separately. And the top three winners will be announced on April 21, 2011.



The competition is held in three nominations :

- information Technology

- application of technologies in energy saving

- application of technology in health care
