New AgilePiter meeting, December 21: "Working with the customer and managing requirements"

Last time, we discussed Agile in distributed teams, automated builds and testing. The participants liked the format of the moderated discussion of OpenSpace and the meeting was constructive, so we continue in the same spirit. We will be glad to see both the participants of the last meeting and the newcomers.

The topic of the new meeting is “Work with the customer and requirements management”.
We will discuss how to deal with changes and hard TZs, how to build relationships with the customer, what to do, and also try to find the answers to your questions together.
