After the entry into force of the
228-FZ, it became possible to submit documents to arbitration courts in electronic form. The matter remained for small - to develop a full-fledged electronic service, with the help of which it will be possible. So, meet the “
My Arbitrator ” electronic filing service, which deprives you of such charms of life as queues and communication with courteous court personnel.
Now you can file a claim, for example, right from home.

Let's do it and do it. Login
Log in to "My Arbitrator" by using the username and password from the service "
Super Guard ". If you do not have an account, go through the registration procedure, it will take a couple of minutes. After logging in, the service provides you with a personal account, from which you can conduct court cases.
Submission of a claim
In order to file a claim, select the appropriate category in the section "
Statements and complaints ." The service offers a choice of several types of appeal to the court, depending on the nature of the litigation.

Suppose that we have a claim under art.
125 of the APC RF, with which we want to appeal to the Court of Arbitration of the first instance. Click "
Next " and fill in the fields. If you do not have all the data or just time, you can save each step and start filling in from the point where you left off.

After filling in the “
Claimant ” tab, go to the “
Respondent ” tab. Here you can add a few respondents.

Next, go to the choice of the arbitral tribunal.
You can apply to as many as 112 arbitration courts. Choose from them the one that we need and again click "
Next ."

It remains to attach all the necessary documents. It is important that
each individual document should be scanned and uploaded to the document filing system as a
separate file. Please note that the court is unlikely to deal with your statement if the names of the attached files do not match their content.

Click send. Next on the script. If something is not filled, the service will inform you. In this case, exclamation marks will be marked with those bookmarks that lack any data. If the forms are correctly filled out, the claim will be sent to the arbitration court.

All court services in one office
Also, using the service “My arbitrator”, you can file a counterclaim, an application for intervention, a review and other documents. At the moment, the list of documents submitted to arbitration courts through the electronic filing service is not complete, but it will be expanded soon.
From “My Arbitrator”, you have access to a
calendar of court schedules, a
bank of decisions and
breaks in meetings of arbitration courts, as well as a complete
card file of arbitration cases. In other words, there is now a handy tool for organizing and maintaining a legal dispute.
This week, February 18th will be exactly one month since we launched this service. During this month, “My arbitrator” was visited by about 47 thousand (!) Users, more than 2000 documents were filed (petitions, comments, claims and other complaints). Courts began to work with the system, documents are registered.
Of course, a month later, it is too early to speak, but we are waiting for suggestions, comments, as well as all initiative people, organizations that are ready to help in the development of the service.
