Beta Keys in InvoiceMall

Hello! In our first article, we presented those. preview of the project and talked a little about the service itself. We promised to provide beta keys in a week, but, unfortunately, we could not do it because of legal problems and the NDA. While our lawyers were solving topical issues, we lost no time, doing our own: redrawn the interface, completed the transition to Hetzner and Yandex (MDNS). So now we really need your help in the tests.


For those who want to try first - you can take an invite key here , and register here . Registration is free of charge, in order to pass it you need to fill seven fields. Yes, we understand that this is a lot, but in the near future we plan to reduce the number of fields to two: e-mail and invite. As long as you register, we will continue.


The time has come not only to demonstrate, but also to distribute the invite keys for registration to everyone. We hope you enjoy our product. Although we have not yet achieved a perfect result, but with your help we will come to this. Undoubtedly, the 37Signals methodology is not the only correct one. We believe that an open dialogue with clients works much more efficiently, and we are always ready to hear your opinion in order to improve the project and provide you with maximum convenience in working with it.

So, we are pleased to provide InvoiceMall - SaaS billing, project and customer management services (the rest is in the Roadmap). Yes, we have somewhat overgrown online invoicing, and now we offer a convenient CRM for freelancers, small and medium businesses. At this stage of development, not all the functionality is available, but, nevertheless, we did not hide the items in the menu. We made a difficult choice and decided to develop a system with you. We understand that some will be unhappy with bugs, blunders in layout and the lack of the necessary functionality, but you can’t make several million friends without having a single enemy.

What is Invoice Mall and who is it for?

InvoiceMall is a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) model-based service that allows you to manage clients, projects, documents, invoices and other business processes online. If even shorter - this is your workplace.

IM - for those who are tired of keeping information on their projects in their heads, look for it among thousands of letters and hundreds of ICQ history files, store data about their customers and contractors on paper or in scattered electronic documents, issue invoices in excel, losing their precious time to fill in constantly repetitive information.

We wanted to show how to use the service, but our closed beta testing showed that, in general, everything is intuitive, so we just invite you to try it yourself. We added an image to each section, showing how it will look with the filled data as soon as you add your own - the interface will change. Have a nice test.
