Student Startup of the Year Award

Tomorrow, on the 1st of December, the “Student Startup of the Year” award will be presented. Registration for the ceremony . The presentation will take place at the HSE Cultural Center. Beginning at 18-00.
This is the third third annual ceremony of awarding the “Startup of the Year” award, with which the Business Incubator of the HSE awards young entrepreneurs for their success in creating and developing their own business.

Nomination "Best Product / Service"

• Quadra: business process outsourcing for online stores, including call center services, warehouses, distribution of orders, delivery and receipt of money;
• Zingaya: a platform for the provision of telephony services through a web browser, which has extensive integration capabilities with web services;
• TimePad: a convenient online service for organizing events, both business and informal, and working with large audiences.

Nomination "Quick Start"

• Alloca: a new tool to attract customers by the method of pay per action (pay-per-action, PPA);
• Speaktoit: personal assistant for mobile devices, which you can communicate in a natural language;
• Groupon Russia (DarBury): a group discount service that allows user communities to receive significant discounts in cafes, restaurants, cinemas, bowling, etc.

Nomination "The best socially significant project"

• ECOTECO: an online publication designed for information support and promotion of innovative (energy efficient, energy saving and environmentally friendly) technologies;
• Forest Watch: forest monitoring and early detection of forest fires, built on a distributed network of video cameras;
• Geo-services of operational monitoring: a system that provides data on the operational development of the situation of floods and fires detected by satellite images;
• Ecofood: a platform for ordering urban residents of natural products from farmers.

Nomination "Best Global Startup":

• Speech cloud (Intervox): this is a service that allows you to save video and audio recordings in the cloud, recognize speech in them and make information always available, wherever you are and whatever device you use.
• Zingaya: a platform for the provision of telephony services through a web browser, which has extensive integration capabilities with web services;
• GOOZZY: a service that allows you to create tags - yellow stickers on top of the websites you are viewing, leave comments on these stickers and share them with friends.
