Last cartridge

I was looking for a description of the problem, I did not find it, I decided to post it.

If I have 2 patrons left and I have appreciated someone's comment, then 1 cartridge should remain, but when you hover over the cartridge icon, the message (title) does not change and there proudly hangs “you have 2 votes for comments”.

The shortage is insignificant, but I want the resource to be flawless.
