- Is there a tender like just “collecting ideas”?

- People without brains will not think of anything. The simple idea that from the idea to the implementation is usually a very big road, these people visit already after they fail the idea of ​​others a couple of times. If she visits them at all :-)

- How do you see the tender as a procedure for selecting a contractor? Is it more effective than choosing by recommendations, by acquaintances, by TOP10 of Yandex or not?
