Aircraft without power supply

Are there any physicists here who can explain how this spinner flies? It seems to be controlled by hands, while no one is concerned. According to the creators of this thing works without the use of batteries and other power sources. The only idea that came to my mind was that inside this thing there was some kind of magnet opposite in polarity to the human body.

PS In general, the thing is cool, but reviews from real buyers on Amazon make it clear that this is just a thin invisible elastic thread tied to a toy.
