Strange people domain RF

While everyone was arguing and scandalous about the domain zone of the Russian Federation, last week a series of commercials filmed on the street, allegedly by eyewitnesses, took place on the network. They involve strange people in suits of letters. For example, here:


Many tried to understand what kind of action it is and what it advertises - the solution was found only today, after the video was posted on the official domain group of the Russian Federation on Facebook:

Apparently the series of videos is not finished and it is worth waiting for the continuation of the other Cyrillic letters.
