UTF transcoding
Hello. There was a problem, so I would like to ask knowledgeable people, and maybe even help someone.
There is a server configured for UTF, and the filled scripts display all Cyrillic in Win1251 cracks, and auto-coding in the browser does not work (you have to manually switch EACH page), everything is displayed with wonderful questions and small boxes that I certainly don’t quite like. The solution was found, of course - to recode all Cyrillic files from Win1251 to UTF-8, but bad luck - Dreamweaver is not so convenient to perform these actions, and when you need to re-encode several hundred engine files, this method does not roll.
Of course, I tried to search for a batch of pereodirfcheg, I found a couple - but after transcoding all the PHP scripts suddenly became inoperable. This is actually the very essence - advise what can be done in my situation, or a specific Win1251-> UTF transcoder, which can transcode PHP normally.
