Good evening.
The other day I had to deal with an interesting system bus.com.ua (Ukraine). The thing is, I unexpectedly needed to go to another city, and being at work I went to see the bus timetable to the above site. It turned out that in addition to the timetables for part of the buses, you can book or purchase a ticket on the site (by paying WebMoney or by card).
')
On the site itself, everything was easy.
1. Select the departure and destination station on the ticket.bus.com.ua website, select the flight, select the number of tickets and enter your e-mail (a password will be sent to it)
2. After checking the available places, we will be asked to enter the surname and initials, the password sent by e-mail. I was a little surprised by the need to enter the surname as well as the subsequent verification of documents at the checkout, probably this is done for security.
At the same stage, you can choose how we will pay. As many as three options are possible for Visa / MasterCard - for owners of Raiffeisen Bank Aval, PrivatBank and for all others. Apparently they differ only in processing centers. Payment via WebMoney is also possible. I chose the latter.
By itself, the payment and the subsequent printing of the voucher is nothing complicated. The most interesting thing started at the bus station.
Arriving at the cashier on the platform and giving the cashier a printed voucher - I saw only round eyes with the dumb question “What is this?” And received not a ticket, but a wish to go to the ticket office in the bus station building.
At the box office of the bus station, the cashiers seemed to know about the possibility of buying tickets via the Internet and even the word WebMoney. However, 2 cashiers and their boss could not find instructions on how to sell tickets on vouchers (even despite the fact that they found me "in armor"). As a result, the second time I had to buy a ticket for cash.
This is how the cashier of the bus station won the information and sale of "electronic" tickets.
