Alexey Tutubalin published a review of changes in the TIC from October to January at ~ 200 thousand sites.
Main conclusions:
* TIC has fallen seriously, by about a quarter (if we take the average values);
* To the greatest extent this affected sites with relatively high TIC, if TIC was more than 100, then with a probability of 85% it fell;
* Letters from support for Yandex "particles fell at some sites" - this is a clear understatement of the size of the problem.
