Epic War Tower Defense

This Friday evening, I want to tell the community about the new game on the iPhone - meet the game, which in the first days of its existence was able to reach the top of the AppStore rating in such categories in the US as strategy (8th place at the time of publication), and in Russia - strategy ( 1st place), games (2nd place), action games (2nd place) and applications (3rd place).

The game is a classic Tower Defense, with all the interesting features of the genre - the "waves" of various opponents, the improvement of defensive weapons, various classes of these same weapons. But also the game does not belong to the class of “boring” Tower Defense, for which you need to spend hours calculating the strategy of the game, and to spend more time on the game than on the “active” games of this genre. Convenient and thoughtful interface does not distract from the gameplay, which is also important in such games.

At the moment the game has 5 types of towers, 14 different types of opponents, 4 unique locations and 3 bonus missions. According to the developers, they will not stop there, but will improve their game in the direction of introducing the Game Center, increasing the number of levels and opponents, as well as support for Retina displays.

Separately, I would like to note the good work of the game designers, since everything is very carefully worked out, down to the smallest details. In combination with good sound and vigorous gameplay, the game really distinguishes the others from the same genre.



System Requirements - iOS 4.1 Firmware
The hardware requirements for the game are iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4. The game doesn’t work on younger phones, there’s also no iPad version. According to the developer, the development of the game for the Android platform may soon begin.

What else is nice is that the young team from St. Petersburg developed the game, and this is their first project for the iPhone platform.
