The Internet, June 15, 2007. Yandex has released a study "Traffic jams on the streets of Moscow." The data is based on Yandex.Maps service statistics and covers the period from spring 2006 to spring 2007. The full text of the research is available here:

The average duration of a Moscow traffic jam was 1 hour and 8 minutes. In one month of the past year, drivers lost more than 11 hours in traffic jams - that is, one and a half working days.
The worst days of the week for Moscow motorists are Tuesday and Wednesday. The quietest weekday is Monday.
Traffic jams, completely paralyzing the city, occurred five times in the winter of 2006-2007. In four cases, they were caused by heavy snowfalls or other natural disasters, in one - the approach of the New Year.

In early 2007, the most traffic jams occurred on Suschevsky Val Street. Since the beginning of 2007, the total duration of traffic jams on the Sushchevsky Val section from the Savelovskaya Trestle to Sheremetyevskaya Street has been almost 40 days. On the section from Sheremetyevskaya Street to Mira Avenue - 33 days.
6 of the 10 most congested streets are located in the north of Moscow, in the Northern and North-Eastern administrative districts.
