Share your experience. How is storage and password management organized in your studio?

As in any studio, we store a huge number of passwords, from various server control panels, domains, admins, ssh, ftp, databases, etc., we are talking about hundreds of different passwords and logins. Add to this, corporate mail, a local network with different levels of access, a local server on which programmers collect new projects, a server with backups, a megaplan, access to various social services, etc.

It is still very complicated by the fact that quite a large number of people work on projects, some of them work deleted. One person needs a one-time password, another quite often, and at any time of the day or night.
