JQuery Mobile Alpha 2 and 1.4.4 Releases

A moment ago, the jQuery team and jQuery Mobile announced two important releases on their blogs at once.

What's new in jQuery 1.4.4 core?

25 bugs fixed, 3 small changes made and .fadeToggle () method added

jQuery Mobile 1.0a2

As for the mobile version, then the developers report that a lot of code has been rewritten, performance and browser compatibility has been improved. They also promise another alpha (or betta) by the end of the year and release in January 2011.
