In all five cities of Yota presence, we installed more than 1,100 new base stations and purchased equipment for another 550 new facilities. We are pleased with the fact that in the first three quarters of 2010, another 230 thousand users joined us, and all of us (at the moment) 680 thousand. Now in Moscow we have 430 thousand clients, in St. Petersburg - 128 thousand.

Most people use Yota via USB modems (about 80% of users), another 15% use laptops, 4% - routers (landline and mobile), and 1% (about 7,000 subscribers, the most active consumers of music) - HTC MAX. If we talk about the popularity of tariffs, 24% use the “Yota Day” tariff, 76% - “Yota Month”. At the same time, approximately one fifth of clients alternately use either the full monthly tariff plan, or the one-day one.

This year we have attracted 158.1 million US dollars of investment, and by the end of the year we plan to attract another 185 million, thus increasing this figure to 340 million.
During the first 9 months of 2010, $ 110.6 million was invested in business development:
- 57.3 million for the purchase of equipment for base stations
- 33.1 million for construction and installation work
- 14.8 million for the development of the transport network and equipment for data centers
- 4.7 million for design and survey work
- 0.7 million for other projects
In the fourth quarter it is planned to invest another 56.1 million, which will bring the total amount of investment for the year to 166.7 million US dollars. This money will help us build more base stations, reach more cities, continuously improve the quality of services ... Until Yota customers can read Habrahabr even in the Siberian taiga :)
With love, Yota.
