ICQ - pay for each user of an alternative client?

So, this office continues the long-launched struggle with alternative customers. Only if earlier AOL by changing the protocol made certain customers inoperable, now the owners of the service are beginning to demand money from the owners of unofficial clients for each user.

It all started with a mobile client Nimbuzz. The program’s blog describes:
