HackDay # 8 in Yaroslavl November 20-21

For IT professionals in Moscow and St. Petersburg, regular conferences on topical IT topics, industry-related events, and regular meetings with endless discussions have become habitual. IT communities have long been formed in both capitals, in which specialists exchange experience and ideas, and this gives an impetus to further development.

In the regions, everything is getting worse. Events, of course, are held, but catastrophically rare. About any communities, most often out of the question. What discussions are there ... In the meantime, local universities produce strong specialists and there are quite a lot of them.

November 20-21 will be the first in Yaroslavl HackDay .

Yaroslavl is a city that celebrated its millennium this year. The population is about 600 thousand people. Several large universities, where there are IT-specialties (state, pedagogical and polytechnic universities, MESI, MUBiNT). Strong specialists also leave the universities of Rybinsk and Pereslavl-Zalessky (Yaroslavl region).

• The goal of HackDay is to develop prototypes of IT projects over the weekend.
  You can come up with ready-made ideas, for the implementation of which you did not have time. You can build a team directly on Hackday. HackDay is not a meeting for talking, it is not a conference or a party. In HackDay you can not participate as an observer. This is the place and time to work on real projects in the most creative atmosphere.

  7 building of Yaroslavl State University. P.G. Demidova
  This place was not chosen by chance. Firstly, there is everything for work: large audiences for work, audience-amphitheaters for performances and presentations, the Internet. Secondly, it is a symbolic place. It is from here that some of the best specialists of the city and region come out.
  7 building is quite far from the city center, so transfers will be organized: from Red Square in the morning and back in the evening both days.
