Common Sense - the latest anti-virus solution

To be honest, I thought for a very long time in which of the blogs to publish - either in HabraYumor, or in Information Security, because it inspired from a recent request from a friend who had a VKontakte account, “win back” the page. The problem was the simplest, but how to force this “antivirus / tweaker / optimizer” onto all the “computers” of all users?
