Mobile version of Google Instant has appeared.

A relatively recent instant search service, called Google Instant, will now delight users of mobile devices. Google Instant itself was launched a month and a half ago. Now representatives of the corporation announced the launch of the mobile version.

The search division announced that, at the beginning, the mobile version of Google Instant will appear in countries where the search service from Google is popular. In general, this means that gradually the mobile version of the search will appear in all European countries, although it is not known exactly when this will happen.

Now Google Instant on mobile devices works only in the US, and not on all mobile devices, but only on those of them that are based on two platforms: Android OS 2.2 and Apple iOS 4. At the same time, the new version of the service works using Ajax technology and HTML5. It is worth noting that, despite the apparent "ease" of the service, Google had to significantly increase the capacity of its own data centers, in order to process user requests in almost real time.

Experts say that the new version of the search is much more "heavy" - the servers have to handle almost ten times more requests than with the normal version of the search. In principle, this is understandable - after all, the Google Instant service more often accesses servers. The situation will become complicated with the beginning of the mass use of the mobile version of the search - after all, mobile devices are now extremely common.

It should be noted that in Russia, the mobile version of Google Instant may not be available at all - all because the speed of the mobile Internet is not sufficient for the operation of such a service. But so far this is not the final verdict for Russia (as well as for other CIS countries). Also, the developers of the mobile version of the service claim that the project uses more than ten new technologies, which will be announced later.
