How much interest to take?

A bit of history. I used to work as a freelancer and took 100% of the price tag set, which is natural for this type of activity.

Now I got a job at a firm where I’ll receive a percentage of the order completed. The percentage has not yet been negotiated.
I would like to know how you are doing with this: who gets what interest, how much they would like to receive and how much to take so as not to be greedy.
