Final of the Result from Innovation Contest at Cisco Expo-2010
October 29 at 17:30 in the framework of the Moscow conference Cisco Expo 2010 held the final competition of business projects "The result of innovation . "
The event will be held at the World Trade Center at Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment, Building 12. Those who did not have time to register for the final competition on the Cisco Expo-2010 website can do this at the conference entrance by naming the code KU7001 . The competition was organized by Cisco and Moscow Business School together with investment agency StartupIndex , Greenfield Project , Internet company Yandex , the business incubator InCube of the Academy of National Economy and the Moscow State University Science Park .
In the final, 5 finalist teams will have the opportunity to present their projects, demonstrate to the widest audience a combination of extraordinary business solutions with technological innovations and answer expert questions. The task of the participants is to convince the jury of the innovativeness and opportunities for the sustainable development of their project. The jury consists of well-known industry experts:

According to the results of the presentations and the answers to the questions, the jury will determine the best team that will receive a prize of $ 10,000 for the development of their project. The prize will be presented by CEO of Cisco Systems LLC Pavel Betsis. The team taking the second place will receive a certificate for training in the MBA program "Innovation and Project Management" from Moscow Business School.
Other finalists will receive a certificate for the MBA Start program from the Moscow Business School and a certificate for 30 thousand rubles for the services of the Megaplan company. In addition, as a separate nomination, the business incubator at the Academy of National Economy will offer one of the teams the status of an incubator resident.
The contest “Result from Innovations” is aimed at supporting domestic innovation business in general and entrepreneurial initiatives in the technological sphere in particular. The competition is designed to identify investment-attractive business ideas based on the use of modern technologies, and is held in two stages. At the first stage (passed from September 1 to October 25), anyone could submit an application with a description of their project on the site www.roicontest.ru . The expert commission selected 5 best projects, based on their ability to prove their commercial success in the short and medium term.
