Why go to the conference?
It was very strange for me to see among my colleagues those who do not like to attend conferences and seminars. Over the past year I have talked with several of them, figuring out the reasons why people do not want to go to IT events. The main anti-motives for most:
If we exclude work schedule, then the main obstacle, in my opinion, is the last reason, which manifests itself in different ways. A small conversation very often helps to change the situation.
