The window to Europe will open on October 23 at RIW-2010

This year, StartupIndex was one of the organizers of the Russian Internet Week conference (RIW-2010), which will be held from October 21 to 23 at the Expo Center on Krasnaya Presnya.

RIW is one of the most large-scale events for all participants of the domestic Internet market, therefore StartupIndex approached with great responsibility the organization of its section. This year we promise to bring the conference to a new, international level.

The StartupIndex section, fully devoted to start-ups and investments in IT and New Media, will be held in the gray hall throughout the final day of the conference (October 23). Western experts and speakers StartupIndex , Greenfield , Startuppoint , AddVenture , IQ One and HSE will talk about trends in the Runet market, Internet projects, investments and the secrets of profitable interaction between investors and entrepreneurs.
One of the central blocks in the StartupIndex section will be the Startup Crash Test in English , which will be attended by experts and investors from Western Europe.

Among those who confirmed participation:

The section will also include the final of the StartupIndex competition among startups targeting the international market. At the end of the day, its results will be summed up and the winner determined, who will go to represent Russia at the Paris LeWeb conference.

The StartupIndex section will be held as part of the overall program, so the passage will be free.

For anyone who can not come to RIW, there will be a live broadcast on twitter @startupindexru .

Recall that the RIW (Russian Internet Week) is held for the third time. The project debuted in 2008 in conjunction with the exhibition Infocom. And now, for two years, the Russian Internet Week has been taking place as an absolutely independent and independent project. This year, the English-language RIW-2010 website was opened for foreign participants of the conference, created with the support of StartupIndex.
