Image upload form

I was very pleased with the image upload form, since it really became much more convenient (when you click on the Insert Image editor, the screen darkens and the mold climbs out).


Now it is positioned relative to the top of the site and if the topic is large and a preview is clicked, then in order to get to the form you need to rewind the scrolling up.

I propose to position it relative to the editor, so that nothing would be needed to wind.
