It all happened with a colleague.
He lived on Yandex account with a password of 23 characters. He lived a long time and was visited quite rarely. Today it took him to get, but it was not there. Without hesitation, an attempt is made to register another account with the same password, however - “The password length cannot exceed 20 characters”.
A second thought and an attempt is made to enter the old account with a password minus the last 3 characters. It works!
