Recently, in the English Wikipedia, a test system has included a system of user ratings for 400 articles (including articles on the American Constitution , terrorism and the rights of sexual minorities in the United States ). Each article can be assessed by four parameters: completeness, neutrality, readability and links to sources. For each of the parameters you can put from one to five points.
