Let us turn to the appearance of the laptop. Beautiful, strict. Something similar to Macbooks in unibody, on older sony. Simply - inspires.
Build - beautiful. Nothing squeaks, no gaps. For that kind of money! ;))
With the lid closed, the laptop looks like an aluminum bar. How not to use a table - bevel to the end.
Immediately we see a glossy screen and a reflection of everything in it. The glossy notebook has not only a screen, but also a touchpad. Fortunately, the rest is matte.
The cover is not just matte, it is aluminum! The body inside (gray areas) - too! The keyboard is plastic.
Immediately tell you about the keyboard. The buttons are very comfortable, the keyboard is full, with a digital block, the arrow keys are half the size of normal, but on laptops it is almost commonplace. The Caps Lock and Num Lock keys have activity lights.
The touchpad has multitouch. There is a central button that turns on the multimedia mode - right on the touchpad appear touch buttons to control the player and launch Acer Movie and Acer Music. I met this decision at the Toshiba Satellite.
In addition, the fingerprint sensor has a function (in addition to standard unlocking without entering a password) - scrolling. Swipe your finger over it and it works like a mini touchpad.
It's nice to sit behind a laptop. The lid opens at a sufficient angle to sit with him on my lap (I would look at someone who is almost 5 kilos ready to keep on his lap).
The power supply, by the way, to pull such power, is also not small. Compare ... with two conventional power supplies;)

As such tests do not particularly interest me, however, in games the laptop showed very good performance. Assassin's Creed II flies, Prototype, Crysis - easy! Laptop, do not forget.
About the screen say nothing special. Uniform LED backlight. Resolution FullHD (1080). I got used to it for a long time. Everything is too small. Especially websites. But scaling saved me.
The wide screen allows you to watch movies with pleasure. And the sound, by the way, is 5.1 (that is, there are actually 5 speakers! And one subwoofer speaker) !!!
Ergonomic everything is in order.

Despite its impressive size, the laptop is perfectly placed on the table and it is VERY comfortable to work with it. I almost never use the touchpad. Connect the mouse.
Noise laptop under load is enough. System noise rustle exactly the same. Laptops should be quieter. For myself, I consider this laptop a regular PC - so the noise is acceptable.
The size of the control panel was somewhat surprising - comparable with the gigantism of the apparatus itself:
I did not use it. I see no reason to connect such a colossus to the TV and use it as a video player or media player.
