Sailed: amendments to Art. 1273 of the Civil Code adopted in the third reading

The State Duma adopted amendments to the law, allowing reproduction of any works to which copyright applies, for personal purposes only “if necessary”. At the same time, the law does not specify the criteria for the presence or absence of “necessity”.
