If prizes were given for the most harmful “useful advice” of the month, then in September, the September issue of Glamor magazine, where this excellent advice was published on how to save money on the Internet, would have won the first place with a large margin:

“I have not used my home Internet for almost half a year: if I need to check my email, I go to the nearest cafe with free Wi-Fi”

p. 112, if anyone is interested. About VPN, of course, nothing is written.
Tellingly, pages 106-109 are devoted to girls who have achieved success in the field of IT.
