Let me remind you that this is a proprietary development of OJSC RIRV (OJSC Russian Institute of Radio Navigation and Time), one of the founders of the GLONASS system. Before the advent of GLONASS NT-1813 RIRT, it was possible to taste only in the unreasonably expensive and having a number of absurdities in the Glospace SGK-70 car navigator (also known as the SGI-70 scientific research institute) widely advertised on federal television on the eve of 2008. Besides him, navigators were recently announced, but few people managed to test them or simply see them on the shelves.
