Megaphone vs LoveRadio. Who is guilty?

I wanted to listen to Internet radio from home, namely, LOVE RADIO GOLD.
In the presence was a netbook and "unlimited" 3G Internet from Megaphone.
After clicking on the link http://stream.loveradio.ru:8000/Gold_32_mono.mp3.m3u I was “pleased”:

As it turned out, Megafon offers us its own, especially zaboristuyu "grass" - 10 p. for the bundle.
')
Interested in the opinion of knowledgeable people, about how legitimate such a block with the imposition of its "grass"?

An important addition: Lavradio's dislike for megaphone is mutual, see comments. Apparently, Lavradio customers megaphone gives a page with an error of 403, and the megaphone replaces it with his own and inserts advertising. Almost a detective story.
Read the comments - they, as usual on Habré, are very interesting.

Results of the investigation under the cut.

try to repeat the error. 403 returned you loveradio.ru, a megaphone instead showed you his page with the code 403. That is, blocked himself lovradio, not a megaphone. Megaphone current posted announced :)
ps I do not work in a megaphone :)

Apparently, neither lovradio nor megaphone are to blame. Guilty is the third organization where I work :))))
I am waiting for information for analysis to confirm this guess. Not for nothing is it written - it works in test mode :)

In the Volga Branch, they introduced a test for 2 weeks, to give MegaFon subscribers, instead of the usual “error pages”, branded pages.
Love Radio produced the 403rd error, MegaFon only replaced the standard error page with its own.
No access to the Love Radio resource is blocked.

I got dumps, really it’s Lovradio. Sometimes it returns Message: HTTP / 1.0 403 Too many clients connected \ r \ n
Having received this code from the server, Megafon redirects to its branded page with code 403, simultaneously diluting it with advertising.
CTD, I consider the investigation closed :)

The contents of some server responses are blocked.
Why on earth suddenly - not quite clear.
In Wikipedia, for example, on page 404 (when trying to open a non-existent article) there are very useful links — for example, the suggestion to create a new article, or to search existing ones.
MegaFon, of course, has no such links and it is much more difficult to get to the creation of new articles.
Similarly, on many other MegaFon sites, it makes it impossible to use site navigation if the user is in the wrong place.
Sensible idea. I’m waiting for providers to come up with their banners to hang on all pages given.

In Wikipedia - yes the setup: (
Just checked - and there is “grass”.
I think that marketers and technical specialists of MegaFon had no idea about such far-off consequences of their actions.
