Multimedia Internet Devices (MID). Part one. Five inch

After this discussion, I came to the conclusion that many, like me, are currently looking for the most suitable "tablet" (MID). In this regard, I decided to share the collected information, and for one thing and collect everything in a heap.

1) only tablets with android on board and a screen size of at least 4.3 inches will be described below (I do not consider tablets with 4.3 inch screens);

2. Ramos W7 ( ramos.com.cn ):

- 4.8 inch Capacitive! screen resolution: 800 * 600 pixels
- android version 1.5 (updates are coming out, but no one has promised the new version of android yet)
- there is a android market
- CPU 600MHz, Rockchip RK2808
- battery life of about 5 hours (promise Chinese users)
~ 200 $

And also: there are versions with 8 and 16 Gb on board ($ 200 costs 8Gb version), g-sensor, Wi-Fi.
3. Archos 5 Internet Tablet ( archos.com )

- 4.8 inch resistive screen, resolution: 800 * 480 pisil
- android version 1.6
- no access to the android market (but there is a shop)
- CPU 800MHz, ARM Cortex A8
- 256MB RAM
- battery life of 7 hours when playing video (officially)
~ $ 300 and higher (depending on the size of the disk. 500Gb - $ 480)
