Incomprehensible website copying content from Habr, along with comments

Accidentally found on the web a site that copies topics and comments (partially) from Habr's posts. Search on the site name on habrahabr.ru did not give anything - therefore no one knows about it.

Borrowing content from other sites is not a new topic, but here I am also amused by the fact of copying comments (the match is not 100% - is there a curve paraser, or some comments have been updated)
