Google Chrome Labs

Many Google Chrome features are not enabled by default , as they are not yet stable or too complex. They can only be enabled using flags (added to the end of the address bar of the shortcut).

In one of the latest builds of Chromium , a new internal page has been added, allowing to include some additional features: about: labs .

For Windows, only the tabs-on-left function is currently available, allowing you to place tabs on the left:

For Mac, the Tabpose feature is available, adding Exposé for tabs:



There is nothing for Linux yet:



Both mentioned functions can also be enabled by adding flags to the Chrome shortcut: - enable-vertical-tabs for the tabs on the left and - enable-expose-for-tabs for the tabposé. To enable vertical tabs, right-click on the tab and select “use side tabs”.
