Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen (bearded odmin in the photo on the right) sues nine large companies for patent infringement. These companies include Apple, Google, AOL, Facebook, ebay, Netflix, Office Depot, OfficeMax, Staples, Yahoo, and YouTube (as a division of Google). The lawsuit contains the costs of four patents and explains how the above companies violate them. For example, one of the patents allows you to show auxiliary information to a user depending on the information he is currently viewing (hello, Gmail).
It should also be noted that the statement of claim does not indicate the specific amounts that Allen would like to recover. Apparently because he is already one of the richest people on Earth, and after Bill Gates spends a lot of money (about half of his income) on charity.
