This widget can not be found in the official repositories of widgets.opera.com, since according to the rules of the service it is forbidden to upload everything related to violence, porn and erotica. This widget is approved by the oboobs.ru administration and is something like a beta version for creating a more powerful application, so all suggestions for improving the widget are being actively accepted.
