A plastic surgeon died in an accident by tweeting a link to a photo of his dog.

Plastic surgeon Frank Ryan died on Monday in a car accident, posting on Twitter a link to a photo of his dog. His car fell off a cliff on one of the US Pacific Coast highways in the Malibu area. Before that, he wrote that he climbed to the top of a giant sand dune and that it is more difficult than it seems.

The surgeon's dog, whose link to the photo was his last tweet, remained alive.
