Yesterday a truly historic document for the Kazakhstan segment of the network was signed. Now traffic inside Kazakhstani operators will not be charged and served at a higher speed. This will eliminate the confusion about which sites for users are “free” and which are “paid”.
I think that this is only the first step, but if it goes on like this, in a short time we will face a completely different Kaznet, with the competition of hosting sites, with a large number of users, and consequently, visitors to resources.
