III International Conference "FOSS Sea 2010"

Dear Colleagues!

We invite you to take part in the third International Conference "FOSS Sea 2010" , which will be held from 16 to 17 September in the city of Odessa. Software Freedom Day is planned for the conference, and Install Fest will be organized for novice users of free / open source software.

The objective of the conference is to ensure effective communication and exchange of information, discuss prospects for the development of free software, initiate new projects on the use of open source software in science and education.

The venue of the official part is the Big Physical audience of ONU (Pasteur, 27), the unofficial one is the climbing wall of the Odessa alpine club.

Until September 12, participants can submit their abstracts, blitz reports or master classes to one of the sections of the conference: introduction to the subject of free / open source software; free / open source software in education and science; free / open source solutions for state and public sectors; free / open source software solutions for the business sector; hardware solutions based on free / open source software; interaction of developers and users of free / open source software; research projects using free / open source software; free / open source software in web space; high-performance systems and clusters.
