Roskomnadzor annulled its own decision to allocate Yota a number of frequencies, the
source of the newspaper Vedomosti said .

It is about a width of 20-30 MHz in the range of 2.5-2.7 GHz. Earlier, in Yot, they said that they were going to launch networks in Kazan this autumn, and then in four more cities, and next year - in about thirty cities only in Russia, not counting Belarus, Nicaragua and Peru. It was planned to launch all new networks on LTE. Under the cut - more about the conflict and to whom it is profitable.
The conflict began with the initiative of the authorities (some interested parties) in transmitting frequencies to the Ministry of Defense. As everyone understands, it makes no sense, LTE is a civil technology, because, unlike various methods of transmitting data from and to the satellite, the Internet connection is strictly tied to base stations, which are rather long and difficult to install ( not to mention that it is expensive), so technology is definitely not suitable for military purposes.
')
The State Commission for Radio Frequencies (SCR) has previously given permission for the currently selected range - according to the law of frequency, the company receives with such permission and, of course, filed an application for these frequencies. Only Yota had both. The decision to select frequencies is associated with a “check” conducted by mysterious “some officials”.
It is clear that not all representatives of the authorities are interested in an artificial (besides, so stupidly covered up) delaying progress and placing sticks on all available wheels. Obviously, this is a stakeholder initiative.

Most of the actors have so far refused to comment. What do you think?
