Medvedev admits that private helicopters will be allowed over Moscow

It turns out that Russian President Dmitry Medvedev also likes to dream. During the conversation with the students of the National Research Technological University MISiS, we talked about a project for the production of cheap mass helicopters worth from 70 thousand euros.



According to the authors of the project, if the laws allow using helicopters in cities, then many Russians may prefer a flying machine, for example, instead of an expensive jeep.

“To the one who can fly, the roads are not needed, this is, of course, a dream, but not quite a crazy one. It’s like a mobile phone in its time was replaced by a landline, ”designer Vladimir Pirozhkov said during the discussion.

“The idea is very bright, because Russia may be the most helicopter country in the world,” President Medvedev agreed. - To launch this project, of course, you need to try. But this does not mean that it is not necessary to dream, all the more so because, according to a well-known saying, the number of good roads does not increase so quickly, and the number of famous people does not decrease so quickly, ”the president said.

Medvedev also recalled that according to today's laws, only he alone has the right to fly over Moscow in a helicopter.
