Sevastopol is not exactly where it is in the opinion of Google Maps

Since the idea to visit Crimea on a motorcycle does not leave me, to visit places where V.V. Putin rode Harley Davidson the other day, today I studied the maps of Crimea. First, on Google, then found a fresh paper map of Ukraine.

Then I noticed the discrepancies that can be seen on this link.

The blue marker indicates the actual location of the city of Sevastopol, but Google placed it 30 kilometers southeast.

Looks like it's a google blooded cartographer. But I don’t know where to write in order to contribute to the accuracy of the description of the map of the world - to be corrected.
