At about 5 pm Moscow time, the Petersburg segment of the Yota network completely disconnected. The operator’s subscribers were not able to connect, and the call center did not respond due to a technical failure.
Within half an hour, the call center was restored to receive calls, however, the network monitoring services to its operators were still unavailable.
Half an hour later, the cause of the accident became known - a power outage at the main node of the provider.
